Yesenia Kowlahar

Yesenia is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, with a colorful background. After 20+ years working in finance, 2001 was the year she jumped into the mortgage industry. Yesenia began working in residential lending as a mortgage Processor until 2009, during which time she also achieved a Title Producer’s License and acted as a closer for several title companies. In 2010, Yesenia earned her originator’s license and since that time has successfully applied her experience as a processor and title agent, to streamline the loan process and communicate to her borrowers in the most thorough way possible. With a background inclusive of loan opening, processing and closing, she is one of the most well-versed originators the industry has to offer.

Yesenia’s goal as an originator has always been to help as many people as possible. It is a source of pride in what she does.
