Scope/Purpose of Branch Position: Recruits and maintains retail branch system in which their employees fully understand the importance of sales and service. Doing what is in the applicants' best interest is paramount and must be embedded and demonstrative in their daily activities. Provide guidance and support to staff to build and maintain profitability production centers in their assigned territories. Forecast branch production and provide guidance and support to staff to achieve volume, income and efficiency objectives. Responsible for total activities within the branch; including production and personnel issues, in addition to working closely with the other managers and executives at MLB.
