FASTTRAK is an MLB program designed to review your documents up front, ensuring your mortgage process is completed in a timely and efficient manner and assurance that the loan has been processed and a full review of the borrower Income, Assets and Credit has been conducted by an MLB Underwriter. Within the FASTTRAK parameters, your loan is anticipated to close, within 30 days of receiving your signed mortgage application
